Vitali is concerned with the way that people interact with their natural environment rather than the location itself. He speaks of a herd-like mentality that is represented in the crowds of people enjoying their leisure and their passive involvement in the landscape. His voyeuristic approach gives you the feeling that you’re perched somewhere high on a cliff or on a hotel balcony.
