In 1989 Gavin and his brother Neville moved from the skinhead scene and bared witness to a cultural revolution. With his passion for capturing the human essence of what he was witnessing, Gavin began taking pictures at raves around the outskirts of London, documenting suburban kids indulging in this new and exciting cultural and musical revolution.
